Accor’s new hub brings together exclusive experiences, integrations, and management intelligence

Accor entrusted us with the mission of creating the Experience Hub for ALL Signature, the subscription club that extends the benefits of Accor’s loyalty program and turns every stay into something even more rewarding.

The challenge lay in the complexity of the redemptions, which ranged from tickets to games and concerts to exclusive premium experiences – each requiring its own flows, specific rules, and high simultaneous processing capacity.

To ensure stability and convenience, we conducted rounds of testing with real customers and refined every detail of the journey. The result was an intuitive, reliable digital experience aligned with Accor’s premium standard.
